I use LANG=pt_BR.UTF-8. Everytime I try to input accented
characters to GNU Emacs 21 (unstable cum testing) I get garbage.
I had to revert to LC_CTYPE=pt_BR due to a Gtk+ 2 input bug.
Suddenly, GNU Emacs get all my accented characters.
Is this a missing feature, a bug, a configuration error,
something else?...
