I am not interested in "all the stuff" that dpkg conf can have,
just the very relevant conf* options, ie, "force-confold",
"force-confnew" and "force-confdef".

Great, so now we can have an option in this new conf file that
looks something like this,
"import-the-relevant-conf-options-from-dpkg.cfg"
