Last week I updated my w3m by:
apt-get install w3m w3m-ssl w3m-el
And since this update, w3m no longer works with emacs. At the command
M-x w3m, I get:
Loading w3m...
Loading w3m...done
Wrong type argument: listp, "http://www.internic.net";
At M-x browse-url-at-point, I get:
Loading thingatpt...
Loading thingatpt...done
Reading http://www.debian.org...
Wrong type argument: stringp, col
w3m works fine (except text entered in fields in some forms - searching
in Debian mail archives, for example) in console mode or in an xterm.
System info:
GNU Emacs 20.7.2 (i386-debian-linux-gnu, X toolkit) of Sun Aug 20 2000 on lilac
Package: w3m Version: 0.2.1-16
Package: w3m-ssl Version: 0.2.1-16
Package: w3m-el Version: 1.2.1-1
