As you may have noticed, the release-notes don't get updated on the website currently. The version at the website is stuck at the state from 2025-06-19. Since it's not clear to me, why exactly this happens [1], I have reverted four of my commits, which happened past this date, to see if this fixes the issue. That includes the change proposed above as well (or maybe it's in fact the reason?). Holger [1] The build of the release-notes ifself is successful on wolkenstein, but the copy from /srv/www.debian.org/cron/tmp/usr/share/doc/release-notes/ to /srv/www.debian.org/www/releases/trixie/ no longer happens, for unknown reasons.
