Except of course the package isn't under the GPL...

Not being compilable from source *is* a release critical bug because
there are 3 architectures other than i386 releasing, and if the
package can't be compiled from source, those other 3 architectures are
screwed.

I've been meaning to mark all problems with building source packages
(that I find on m68k) for frozen as release critical for a long time
actually, I just keep forgetting.
