Since release goals were abandoned due to the hamm desaster no goals
for slink were accepted. All listed "goals" on my page reflect wishes
from various maintainers that were not abandoned.
There were three important changes made after the hamm release:
a) The releases will be incremental
b) We won't have release goals anymore that may hold the release.
c) Changing the libc will be smother than the bo->hamm transition
