It's currently in the /usr/doc/perl/eg directory. My next upload of Perl will have this as /usr/bin/rename as has been requested in Bug #26616. (He asked for it well before that but I haven't done it yet.) I'm hoping to upload a Perl-5.004.04-7 before the freeze but due to systems problems, I might not have the time.
