This is a userspace application that updates the alternate image on QSPI (mostly) while linux is running from the current running image. This helps users to upgrade their Boot Firmware in QSPI from remote locations. I would be the maintainer for this package since I am actively using it but I think Xilinx Packages team (https://salsa.debian.org/xilinx-packages-team) would be a good candidate for maintaining this package as well. This will be my first package to debian so I need sponsors. I did create the salsa repository: https://salsa.debian.org/tchavadar/xlnx-image-update which I only have ubuntu branch as of now but would like to have some guidance on debian packaging also about the way forward.
