The DFSG Team (DFSG, Licensing & New Packages Team) was just created. The public announcement by the DPL was made a few days ago [1]. The team has a wiki page, but it seems like the creation of an IRC channel and an email list is still pending [2]. Being a new team, it will have to elaborate it's own processes and internal working culture, although some of it will probably be inherited from its parent team, the FTP Master.
