Somebody asks this every time unstripped gcc is uploaded :)
this is temporary. It allows to get the complete stack traces in case of
internal compiler errors. There is no way to otherwise install the
debug symbol packages on the buildds or on the porter boxes. I'll let
that enabled for the September uploads.
