All of OFTC is bridged to Matrix, though its continued existence was
called into question for a while earlier this year.
The Debian Social team maintains an OFTC bridge to matrix that is not
going to go away, even if the Matrix foundation-run one does. The IRC
channel is bridged to #salsa:matrix.debian.social via the Debian bridge.
