like I said earlier, a package has no problem only when your sponsor tells it has no problem :)

Licensing is something not in your control. In fact nothing in the package is in your control and should be entirely configured to be as close as possible to the upstream and changes need to be done only to make it possible for Debian packaging. 

As mentioned in the other thread, license compatibility.
