Hmmm, I guess I didn't make that very clear. I was not advocating putting
that code *in* the ircii sources, I was advocating taking it *out*.

(As for copying it to /tmp first, yeah, that *will* work, but why should
we put users through the pain for no reason at all? In fact, I was able
to defeat it by symlinking ~/argh to /etc and /dcc'ing ~/argh/whatever.)
