This reminded me of some "library" packages (I don't remember the
language) that are RC-buggy and IIRC orphaned that are stated to be deps
of some large project which is no longer in unstable.
I wonder if such leaf libraries should be removed even when not RC-buggy,
but it's unclear who can decide that (in those cases it could be the one
who orphaned them).
