A tricky solution, and maybe the worst one:

Install the package anbd create an icon in KDE. Look were it is residing, I 
believe it is mostly under ~/username/Desktop/

If you know, where it is )or where shall it be after package instrallation), 
edit postinst of the package in that way, that it will copy or move your 
*.desktop, where it shall go.


It is just an idea, and I am sure, there is a much better way.

Hope someone else will answer to this question, too.
