You're probably right. However, such a change is best to be planned early in the development stage, like just right after a freeze. I'm wondering if it's not already too late for Trixie.

Also, you may have seen that the official Debian cloud images have moved to using Ubuntu's Netplan. Don't we want to also move to it?
