It was removed as part of the clean-up of the old Python-2-only createrepo-related tools; however, it is now possible to use deltarpm with the new set of createrepo-c/libmodulemd2/libdrpm0 packages, and it will help run the libdrpm upstream testsuite to its full extent. This is the long description of the package: A deltarpm contains the differences between an old and a new version of an RPM. This makes it possible to recreate the new RPM from the deltarpm and the old RPM. . On Debian and derived systems these tools may be useful for creating and maintaining repositories of RPM packages. I will maintain this package as part of the Debian RPM packaging team.
