Devuan, just like many other distros have a great reliance on Debian being the best that Debian can be. This is not about having a rant or a tanty, it is about improving processes so that ALL the reasonable stakeholders of the project can share in Debian's success and continue to make it better than can possibly be done via a vote of an extremely limited number of the entire Debian population.
