yes, just have src:wcslib build the libpgsbox5 binary (and any other binary you'd like to move). You only have to make sure that version of the binaries that will be built by src:wcslib are higher than the current ones (and I guess they will). Though given that you are moving from a component to another you might have to go through NEW, and I don't know if there anything you need to do/ask for that; I've done this kind of things only within main. > Since strictly spoken contrib is not a part of > Debian, this should be not violate the policy, right?
