I think removing anonymous debtags will eliminate casual debtagging from non-technical users. If we can still allow anonymous submissions after the SSO integration then I would be willing to moderate anonymous submissions once a week as I do for screenshots. Perhaps the site could allow any DD moderate any package and any DM to moderate their packages?
