If we are going to have an info reader installed can it please be
pinfo instead of info? It's _so_ much better.
I don't think that is a convincing reason to install info/pinfo as part of
standard. I read gcc docs always online with a web browser, yet I don't
insist chromium/firefox or even lynx being standard priority.

We see that info is ranked 115 on installed list, yet it is also ranked at
position 15 in "old" list (installed but not being used).
