Hey, A short summary of the bug: Stefan is experiencing flickering and disappearing cursor under gnome. The problem manifests itself under gnome desktop but everything is fine at the login screen (most likely gdm3). This behavior is reproducible both using his built-in touchpad and external mouse. Stefan provided detailed description of the problem - it is attached to an earlier message (BugDescription.txt) along dmesg, lsusb and lspci outputs. He is using Dell Inspiron 15 7000 (with a non functional touchscreen, that may be the source of some strange dmesg messages) and he is running: xorg version: 1:7.7+3~deb7u1 gnome version: 1:3.4+7+deb7u1 Regards, T.
