At quick glance, I couldn't find any definition of what "non-commercial" means. I wanted to quote the actual text, but instead get "Weekend Maintenance": "Some of our services are offline and under maintenance at weekends until 7:00 AM GMT. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience and thank you for your understanding."
