Hi, this is just a pledge to you all fellow debian developers to update your build environment before you build a package.
This mostly affects transitions, f.e.: https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/db5.3.html apt, heimdal, jack-audio-connection-kit, python3.3, python3.4 and squidguard could have already finished the transition if they haven't been built with libdb5.1.
