I think Guy intended to move all packages that don't have source to project/orphaned. So libc4 and xcompat, among others, moved. If libc4 and xcompat are to remain in project/orphaned, perhaps you could upload metro-motif-aout with section project/orphaned, or file/reassign a bug to ftp.debian.org to get the package moved. However libc4 & xcompat might move back, there has been some discussion on debian-devel in support of that.
