I've got this part. My question was targeting rather in the direction:
Does the fact that this language is now gathered inside the main
document at a perfectly visible place mean that the unchanged wording is
confirmed and will be relevant (= release critical status for the bug in
question IMHO). The alternative would have been to relax the wording
to some "suggestion" state once you are touching it anyway in the process
of moving the text.
