It looks nice, and I would package it for Debian if you don't want to do so,
but I'm not entirely sure that the license conforms to Debian policy. Why
not just use GPL 2? WIll it make any practical difference to you?

PREAMBLE
The intent of this document is to state the conditions under which a Package
(Ftwalk) may be copied, such that the Copyright Holder (Tom Hull, unless
