No, it seems that you have a customized TextConfig, so yours did not get updated when I made the change to it that calls /usr/sbin/STM_reset script which sends SIGWINCH to gpm making it aware of changed screen size. Here is the line you need uncommented in your /etc/TextConfig ResetProg "/usr/sbin/STM_reset" This is becoming a FAQ, I should mention it in README.debian. -- Proudly running Debian Linux!
