Andrea, if you need to ask, please do for the submission port [1][2] with STARTTLS. AFAIK there is no sense for SMTPS nowadays, and the fact that port 465 has been assigned to something else [3] and that some MTA do not support it are signs already in disfavor of SMTPS [4][5].
