Yes, presumably that is exactly what Keng-Yu Lin, as prospective
maintainer, is signing up to do.  If he doesn't realize that
maintaining a package is more than just providing a debian directory
that builds debs, that's a much bigger and more general problem than
whether the upstream for a kernel module is Linus.
