I do not have time and desire to work on Stallman, a developer so there are other more important tasks.
New versions of psi-plus you can find in my PPA: https://launchpad.net/~ivan1986/+archive/ppa/ If you have a desire to engage in copyright, the package can be loaded into debian - please, I'm happy to accept any patches. I got Debian's bureaucracy, then it would be spelled out in the copyright and maintainer who will not bother me.
