There are probably three set of defacto-stantards. Those extra format could be interesting * VESA: 2560×1600 (on 30 inches monitors... lucky guys) * Laptops: 1280×800 (as noted by Eugene), 1440×900, 1680×1050 * LCD TVs: 1920×1080 * Notebook: not much to add. There are many other weird/uncommon formats (like 1024x600) I have no clue which format would be supported by the console.
