Yeah, exactly.  Personally, I prefer to explicitly record in changelog the
points at which I've resynchronized my package with Policy and
double-checked that I haven't missed anything.  I don't always do that
with every upload, depending on the urgency, and it's useful to be able to
go back and see when I last did so.
