Versions are also in use both in the US and internationally, including the US Department of Defense, the US Indian Health Service, the Mexican Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, etc. There are also flavors of VistA provided by WorldVistA (http://worldvista.org) and Medsphere (http://medsphere.org).
