I'm pretty sure iceweasel doesn't support the CIDR notation (e.g.
127.0.0.0/8).

I'm not sure if this has to be considered a bug in gnome or a lack of
feature in iceweasel... I'm not even sure other stuff like this
format either (like lynx, links, python's urllib, etc.)

Fellow developpers, what do you think?
