You seem to lack the ability to abstract from minor details.

Before you again and again try to present your speudo arguments that go in 
circles, carefully read the GPL......

There is _absolutely_ no rule in the GPL that allows to treat license 
compatibility for system libraries in a different way than for other libraries.
