It seems that the solution to this issue is to add an implementation of nsIWindowCreator[0] to epiphany. This should not be too complicated for a C++ developer taking inspiration in the rest of the implementation (in embed/mozilla/*.cpp), especially for someone familiar with Gecko. As I’m not very familiar with C++, I’m not sure to find the time to do it soon, so it would be very nice if someone could give a hand and provide even the beginning of an implementation.
