Please note that this is *very* easy to fix. I fixed numerous such issues while doing l10n NMUs, so anyone doing an upload (regular, NMU for whatever reason...) should (must!) take the few seconds needed to look at lintian warnings about such menu section errors and fix *.menu files according to the new menu layout.
