Well, to me this is 1-1 with bug tagged +pending in the BTS. The bug is there, it is just that it will be fixed with the next upload. Though my lists do not show bugs, they show potential bugs and they do so using the latest version of the package in the archive. After all the Homepage field is to the benefit of our users, and as long as the fixed package is in your repository they can't take benefit of the fix.
