Two of the three responses are from nvidia-users (me on the case is one). I've verified who changing the version of debian-kernel-source the system doesn't goes freezed, and I think who the bug is on nvidia-kernel-source 100.14.09 (My last version are 100.14.11 and get crashes, i've reverted this and doesn't have errors).
