Each package with translations has several dozens of copyright holder, we don't have to keep that list in the copyright file, do we ? I understand that we have to be picky for packages where problems can be expected, but in general the copyright file should not reproduce the list of all the copyright holders. I suggest that it points to the relevant files (AUTHORS and similar).
