If it's just going to check freeness, maybe "dfsg-check" or something? Something called "legalint" really ought to let you check that you're using non-free stuff legitimately rather than just complaining that you're using it at all -- checking number of concurrent users, or concurrent installs, or that you're non-commercial, or that your licenses are up to date, or whatever else.
