The last time I posted my unofficial release issues status I received several requests to change the formatting, and so I have. I plan to find a site to host this html document (preferably alioth), but I haven't ironed out the details yet. It should also be strongly noted that this is an unofficial document.
I know text is preferred by many over html, but formatting is easier for
me in html than in text. If anyone's interested in a text only version,
let me know.
