Package: hello Version: 1.3-12 Section 3.2.4 of the programmer's manual says:
The file (debian/substvars) may be a static part of the source archive, or generated and modified dynamically by debian/rules targets. In the latter case it must be removed by the clean target. hello's clean target doesn't remove it. Guy
