*beep*, *wrong* :)

The problem with "update-rc.d -f exim remove" is that it removes *all*
the links, not just the S*exim links. The next time exim is upgraded,
it's postinst will re-install all the links. Just rm'ing the S*exim
links will produce the desired affect.
