Package: planet Version: 2.0-8 Severity: serious Hi
on package upgrade postinst overwrites /etc/cron.d/planet regardless it had some local modifications. This is IMHO against 10.7.3 of Debian Policy Manual and should be fixed. Maybe you can consider using ucf, which was built for such purpose. -- Michal Čihař | http://cihar.com | http://blog.cihar.com -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-4-vserver-amd64 Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages planet depends on: ii debconf 1.5.13 Debian configuration management sy ii lighttpd [httpd] 1.4.13-10 A fast webserver with minimal memo ii python 2.4.4-2 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-support 0.6.3 automated rebuilding support for p planet recommends no packages. -- debconf information excluded -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
