Oh, well if you know this, then there is *definitely* no problem here.
Works made available under the LGPL can also be distributed under the GPL
with no further requirements, not even a requirement to mention the LGPL.

The only bug left here is a dangling reference to a 'COPYING' file that
isn't distributed.  That's far from serious.
