Yes, the maintainer is so uncaring of s390 that he didn't log in to
raptor to try to build things manually to reproduce various issues on
s390 (and couldn't, which is how 5.97-5 got into the archive--I got
tired of waiting for the s390 buildd, built it manually without
problems, and uploaded it.)
Where do we go from here?
Build it manually on raptor and upload it? Or figure out why the s390
buildd behaves differently than all the others?
