Allright, I finished my iBook logic board upgrade, the laptop is now in one piece for testing (as compared to all over the place when I wrote this morning).
So I compiled a vanilla 2.6.19.2 with make-kpkg and reverted libvisual to the official debian package. I have not been able to reproduce this bug with this kernel. Should we reassign this bug to linux-source ?
