I can confirm that the patch works and the compiled drbd module woks as
expected.

In the meantime drbd 0.7.22 and 0.7.23 has been released.

Especially 0.7.22 fixed some serious bugs regarding protocol A and B.

* Fixed bugs in the implementation of protocol A and B.
   we noticed that in protocol A and B, on connection loss,
   we could "forget" to set certain areas out of sync.
   so resync in those protocol has been broken all along!


Wouldn't it be a good idea to include the changes from 0.7.22 and/or 0.7.23 to
the upcoming stable etch release? It seems that the debian 0.7.21 package
hasn't been tested that much with kernel 2.6.18 anyway (because it could no be
build).
